PT-Designed Training Programs
Supervised individual and small-group training programs that bridge the gap between rehabilitation and long-term strength, fitness, and independence.

Not Your Average Gym
Built for Adults Who've Been Through Something
If you've had surgery, dealt with chronic pain, or avoided exercise because you didn't know who to trust with your body — you're exactly who we designed this for.
You've had surgery or an injury
Knee or hip replacement, rotator cuff repair, spinal fusion, ACL — our trainers are supervised by Doctors of Physical Therapy who know your history and build around it.
Regular trainers make you nervous
Most personal trainers have no clinical training. Here, every program is designed by a DPT and every trainer works under their direct supervision.
Big box gyms feel overwhelming
Our sessions are capped at 3 people. You get real attention, a familiar face, and an environment that feels safe — not intimidating.
You're 40–70 and want to stay active
This is the window where strength, balance, and cardiovascular health matter most. We help you build and maintain them with a plan designed for your body.
You finished PT but need more
Insurance stopped covering you but you're not done. This is the next step — bridging from 'good enough' to genuinely strong and independent.
You want accountability, not guesswork
Monthly PT check-ins, structured progression, and a team that knows your name and your goals. This isn't a gym membership — it's a program.
Why This Matters
With age, most adults experience gradual loss of muscle mass, strength, aerobic capacity, and movement confidence. Structured, progressive exercise can meaningfully reverse that decline.
Body Composition
Improve fat loss and lean mass to support metabolic health, mobility, and healthier aging.
Muscle & Strength
Build force capacity and resilience for daily function, tissue tolerance, and injury reduction.
Cardiovascular Fitness
Raise work capacity and endurance to improve energy, heart health, and activity tolerance.
How Every Program Begins
All fitness programs begin with an in-depth evaluation by your physical therapist — a movement assessment, body composition analysis, and review of your health history. This critical step, skipped by most personal trainers, ensures your program is safe, effective, and built around your body.
DPT Pre-Fitness Evaluation
A comprehensive 60–75 minute session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Combines a full medical and injury history, movement and fitness testing, InBody body composition scan, and individualized program design — reviewed with you and your trainer before your first session.
Have an HSA or FSA? Funds may be applied toward this evaluation. Ask us for details.
