Licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy committed to individualized, evidence-based care — helping you move better and feel better for life.

Jeff Wilson, PT, DPT
Jeff Wilson has been practicing physical therapy since 1995. He prides himself in staying current on science-based effective treatments for all patients at BodyWorks Physical Therapy. He received his Masters and transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles. His clinical philosophy is to treat patients as individuals, not as their diagnosis — striving to give each patient the tools to get and keep themselves well by improving their body's threshold for activity.

Todd Whitmore, PT, DPT
Todd attended California Lutheran University, receiving a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2013, then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX, graduating with High Honors in 2018. He has completed clinical affiliations in pediatrics, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation. His clinical philosophy centers on providing patients a thorough understanding of their condition and empowering them with long-term tools to optimize their function for life.

Samuel Foley, PT, DPT
Sam graduated from California Polytechnic State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Financial Management, then spent 4 years as a finance analyst before discovering his passion for the human body. After working as a PT Technician at BodyWorks and completing prerequisite coursework, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2023. His clinical philosophies emphasize patient education, manual therapy, and empowering patients to take what they learn in PT and use it to live longer, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

Brenda Blanchard, PTA
Brenda graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Sports Medicine in 1996 and earned her PTA license in 2000. Her passion is to educate and help people feel and function better. Having been through ankle and neck surgery herself, she brings deep empathy to both the physical and emotional aspects of pain and dysfunction. Born and raised in San Diego, she loves tennis, fitness, sports, and connecting with her patients.
